For those who have been wondering what the framed certificate says, the most I can make out is the following:

“In appreciation for your successful work with the Stark Industries Internship Program – Peter Parker – has shown exemplary work performance in the Science and Technology division.”

Also, the signatures do not give any indicators of Tony or Pepper, which means two individuals from the STEM department in Stark Industries signed off on this. Which means it’s more than likely Peter’s internship became a real deal.

Also Tony is wearing some kind of silly shirt. Friggin love it.

Between this and the kitty t-shirt, Tony Stark is winning style.
