the mourning doves + eggs are back!!! they are reason we never painted the rest of the overhang is because we never knew when they would be back and didn’t want their nest smelling of paint. mama is currently incubating her eggs while the rest of the mourning dove crew hands out on our roof and in the bushes that are in the background in the first picture. it’s so sweet to have so many generation of doves from this very nest.

I wish I wasn’t allergic to avocado bc my tree has at least 20+ avocados! I just picked some grapefruit, blood oranges, and regular oranges and I’m now waiting for the guava and lemons to grow in more.
