hey guys its aaliyah! a few days ago my land lord basically told me my female roommates aren’t comfortable sharing a room with me because I’m transgender??? they said tht me being transgender & having friends over (which wasnt detailed in the craigslist ad) is huge problem & I’m basically being given a month to leave. if you follow me on IG you know I’ve been trying to get a new job because my current one at starbucks hasnt been cutting it. they barely giving me any hours & because of that I’ve had to reduce my savings these past couple months from $400 to $100 just to get by. Good news is I found a new place in the area tht I can afford Bad news is its gonna be $900 to move ib (monthly $600 plus $300 deposit) if there is any way yall could spare a couple bucks each to help me get there I would more than appreciate it.

I DESERVE SAFETY: trans girl stuck in covid immigration limbo

i’m a trans girl stranded in a small southeastern european country for the time being due to financial issues and quarantine border shit. after being molested by a security guard at my government-assigned covid hostel, i self-deported from uk due to the hostile environment policy and ended up here pretty much by accident.

the good news is that i’ve taken care of some legal expenses and found myself some much safer housing in the capital city of the aforementioned southeast european country, which is actually cheaper than the frozen mouldy icebox i used to live in. the bad news is i only have a few months left on my visa.

i’m throwing around a few ideas of where to go when that happens, but it’s going to take money no matter what. i’m trying to get to the point where im no longer in immigration limbo and just actually have legal status somewhere and that is going to take money. i’m aiming for $1000 but it’s gonna be more than that between transport rent immigration and legal fees and surgeries and vaccines for my two cats etc

Tuesday, February 9th: Hi everyone, I’m Gemma, a bi, mentally ill disaster, who’s in desperate need of help. I've become a bit ill from the flu and need medicine.

As most of you are already aware, I have been struggling financially for quite some time due to my welfare benefits being under a review, which is due to my worsening mental health and the UK’s controversial changes to how benefits are assessed and assigned. And at the moment, I'm currently struggling to get by, as I don't receive my U.C benefit until the end of the month, and I am still awaiting the outcome of my PIP assessment (March 2021 at the latest)

I'm completely heartbroken to keep asking for help, but I still desperately need some as I don't have anyone else to turn to, and I really need to keep my utilities/heating on as it's now between -2 /-6°c here and getting colder. My goal is around £100/£150!!

If anyone could send me £10/£20 for my gas/electricity meters or a little more to help me get groceries and do me til the end of the month, it would literally save my life, and sharing definitely helps just as much as donations. At this point in time, Crystal’s dad has been diagnosed with COVID and things are not looking as positively as we had hoped. He is an unemployed, mentally ill, homeless Mexican man who has been struggling with addiction since 13. While their relationship is severely damaged, this is nothing that Crystal wanted for her pops. He has about $500 in overdue motel fees from him self-isolating and attempting to keep his 2 year old daughter and mother in her 70’s free from COVID. We are putting our current needs aside to help raise the funds we need to pay off his motel and pick up Crystal’s younger sister to have her stay with us, meaning we will have a 2 year old, a 3 year old, and a 3 month old all living with us until March. We will be setting the goal at $1000 to pay off his fees and add another little one to our care. Thank you.
