I don't know why antis act like Nesta never had any friends before Gwyn and Emerie.
According to canon, before the Archeron family fell into poverty, Nesta had a ton of friends.
According to canon, when the family spent eight years in poverty, Nesta had friends.
According to canon, after they regained their wealth thanks to Tamlin, Nesta had friends. It was even mentioned that she was friends with Claire Beddor.
The only time this narrative changes was after Nesta was sexually assaulted by Tomas. After that was when she started to pull away and shut herself off and not have any friends...until Gwyn and Emerie.
It should come as no surprise that these two were the ones to help Nesta out of her depression considering both her and Emerie were abused, and both her and Gwyn were sexually assaulted. They were able to get through to her and help her in a way no one else could. They showed Nesta unconditional love and acceptance, and she showed them the same. They were the first ones to see her sacrifices and actually care. They were the first ones to see how traumatized and depressed she was. They were the first ones to see her for her.

Nesta: Rising from the Cauldron with a shit list longer than Azriel's wingspan
This is it....today is the day....I've literally seen and heard it all as of right now....it can't get any wilder than this....
Someone in Threads just posted that Nesta's behaviour in ACOFAS was "politically dangerous" to Rhys and Feyre, and that politically they should have done something about it sooner....and I can't.
Feyre destroyed an entire court out of spite.
Rhy and Feyre stole from another court.
1/3 of their court hates them due to Rhys' prejudice and discrimination, is frequently starting uprising against them, and ardently disobeys their orders to not physically assault the women of their territory.
The other 1/3 of their court is a place of nightmares, where it's literally (supposedly) like living in the purge everyday. It's governed by a man that would happily see Rhys and Feyre dead and would do it himself if he could.
The entirety of Prythian believed that the Night Court were the bad guys for centuries, and saw them as the actual biggest villains in all the land...and this is somehow with Beron being around, Rhys was still seen as so much worse than that.
But somehow, Nesta being rude to them in front of the 1% elitist population of Velaris when they tried dragging her out of the places she used to stifle her trauma was politically dangerous to Rhys and Feyre????!
I honestly think this is where I check out....because I'm not sure there's any hope left out there if this is where we are at.

I finished it aaa ✨ Thank you so much for all the love you gave to the wips. I hope you lole the final result 💕
Nesta naming her sword Inner peace is something so personal for me. Like swords usually have violent or war based names. But Nesta naming it ✨Ataraxia✨ like this girl fought hard af for her inner peace. Basically it was the purpose of her book, she had to forgive herself first and her sword is the proof she is winning that battle.
This girl said it’s violent enough in my head I am not bringing this to an object that I made and can kill. I can kill with my words but my sword will save and protect.

Are you going to make any more Nesta and Cassian fanart? I love it so much and you capture what they look like so well!!
Yes! The brainrot is still present and accounted for. My offline life has gotten more hectic and doesn't leave a lot of time or energy for drawing and writing and daydreaming. I started this sketch back in August and got around to finishing it the best I could tonight:
“But I will say that Lucien is loyal— fiercely so." "Nesta is many things, but she's certainly loyal."
Lucnes you will ALWAYS be famous 🙏.

Nesta blinked, head angling, more feline than Fae.
Nesta’s eyes gleamed like a cat's in the dimness. "Just the shadows."
Hair drifting on a phantom breeze, Nesta glowed with silver fire. Still wearing her mask.
—turned her head toward him with a smooth motion that Bryce had only seen from possessed dolls in horror movies.
I guarantee that next book, antis are going to go from "Nesta made a BAD move! She gave the Mask to a STRANGER! She gave the Mask right into the hands of the Asteri! You can't blame Rhysand for being angry."
To "Nesta didn't help Bryce defeat the Asteri, free Midgard, and end the ongoing threat to Prythian and all worlds that the Asteri presented. Bryce did all that. Stop giving Nesta credit for things that Bryce did. All she did was give Bryce the Mask."
They'll use any excuse they can find to hate Nesta and undermine her accomplishments. Even if it turns them into hypocrites.
is nesta archeron truly a bitch, or are you all inherently misogynystic and expect women to be friendly and laugh freely ( or whatever bullshit sjm wrote at all times), and the minute a woman doesn't conform to your rigid standards of what makes a woman worthy of respect — which in itself is insane — you simply must demonize her and call her every derogatory name ever
The fact that she is described as "difficult." Again, because she's blunt and honest and doesn't suffer fools gladly.
Thank you wild, difficult, angry fictional women, for being a reminder that we shouldn't be afraid to unapologetically unleash the rage in our veins against a system that wishes nothing more than to control and tame women
I love when Feyre undermines Nesta and Nesta ends up proving her wrong.
Like with their periods. Feyre was trying to force Nesta to send word when hers started because she didn't want Nesta to go through it alone. She didn't think Nesta could handle it alone. When Feyre gets hers, she has to be coddled by the 500-year-old members of the IC. Meanwhile, Nesta is handling hers like the boss that she is. Handling it alone, like everything else in her life.
Feyre, darling, you have no idea how many beatings Nesta has suffered over the years. You have no idea how much pain she can endure. Nesta's been abused, sexually assaulted, abducted, tortured, violated, and turned High Fae against her will. I think she can handle her period.
