Considering Jonathan said Van Helsing was "bouncing Quincey Jr on his knee', how long do you think a 6 year old can tolerate sitting on their grandpa's lap before wanting to get up to run around, or ask a whole bunch of questions on what all the adults are talking about?

#frankly i wouldn't put a child being willing to sit quietly on an adult's knee older than 3 MAXIMUM #i have met too many three year olds who will tolerate that for only a matter of minutes before wanting to run around in circles #in circles until they fall over #and that's with me actively trying to engage them in an activity #and i've never met a four year old who would #so i voted two. two seems most likely to be chill just bouncing quietly while still being old enough #to justify a long travel #and five years is a nice number to be post-everything #(and long enough for the joy of finally conceiving to outweigh the sadness of loss and the trauma)
