I absolutely love your mixed media collages! I was wondering where you get your ideas and scrap pieces for them? I've made collages before and I'd love to do more, but I feel kind of stuck about where to get the materials!! Sorry for the bother, I just got SO curious about where your inspiration comes from!!! Henlo thank you it’s no bother at all !! Hmm I think my collages are kind of an unplanned ?stream of consciousness thing? I don’t really have an idea of what I want the final product to look like, it’s more of a feeling than an idea I end up putting on paper (´；ω；｀)
And materials are easy! It’s ,, an awful wonder how many booklets, brochures, cards and paper bits stores/restaurants/companies/travel agencies/advertisement uhh advertisement booths(?) throw at you when you’re out and about
Most of the stuff I accumulated are from traveling ! Art museum tickets, random stickers stores sometimes give out, colourful paper, bits and bobs of old magazines I find, Tickets from shows, random clippings from ??, (patterns,textured paper, words)newspaper, stickers, packaging (clean!), pamphlets/brochures, old old books
I love these aa some are postcards from gift shops or that my mom (who loves spending unnecessarily) bought and instantly forgot about the second she turned her head so hey,
good thing I tidied up a few days ago
