for anon! this term is a sort of 'opposite' of orientationgender, with one's gender affecting their orientation rather than the other way around. colors are from/slightly modified from the orientationgender flag, with the light colors swapped to the outside and dark color to the inside to sort of look like a 'reverse' orientationgender flag. the term is 'gend' from 'gender' + 'orientation'!
