Their easy going grins have already pulled you into a false sense of security as they welcome you to your pledge semester. “It’s gunna be a hard semester for you.” “But we’ll try to make it a fun one, too.”
Frat brothers!Kirishima and Bakugo, who tell to you all about the demerit system. Any senior can hand out demerits to the pledges. It's all up to the pledge to make sure they don't accumulate too many. "It's a way to keep our pledges in check. Mold them into everything the fraternity stands for." "Have too many at the end of the semester and we're not letting you join."
Frat brothers!Kirishima and Bakugo, who reassure you that it's not as hard as it sounds. They wouldn't hand out demerits for any ol' reason and there are plenty of easy ways to gain those merits back. They're lying, of course, and give you your first demerit only minutes after the party has ended. "You're not going to thank your seniors for this grand welcome?" "That's demerits for you, pledge."
Frat boy!Bakugo, who promises to give you some merits if you help him carry some documents up to the top floor of the fraternity building. He hands you a stack tall enough to block your vision, lying through his teeth when he says, "Elevators busted. We're taking the stairs." He walks up behind you, stating the amount of merits you receive all depend on how fast you climb.
Frat boy!Kirishima, who meets the two of you at the top floor. He whistles when he sees you take that final step onto the floor. It's followed by a wince when you fall, scattering the documents into a puddle of water you hadn't seen. "Oh, those were important, too. Sorry pledge, but that's demerits." You're pretty sure he's the one who tripped you, based on Bakugo's barking laughs.
Frat boy!Kirishima, who checks up on your grades for your hardest class and is impressed by how well you're doing. He gives you a cheerful smile and a thumbs up when you pass your next test with flying colors. "Great job, pledge. That's gunna get you a good chunk of merits." He encourages you to show your grades to Bakugo, too, saying he'd definitely want to see it.

He neglects to inform you your final student for that evening is Kirishima.

When you inevitably get frustrated with trying to explain the same concept for the umpteenth time, both he and the blonde press their lips into thin, disapproving lines. He doesn't make it easy to find him again and you spend a long time walking around in search for the redhead.

"Ain't you too young to be drinking? Demerits." When he hands the drink over to his frat brother, the redhead splutters at the taste. Bakugo gives you extra demerits for trying to poison your senior.
