A bunch of days ago a sassy limited-talent director said that the grown ups who continue watching and enjoying movies from Avengers or Star Wars must go to the doctor because they were 'garbage' for kids. Well, being almost on my 37 I'd sell my soul to continue watching shows and movies like The Mandalorian (unluckily no one would give me a single penny for it).
After watching the season finale I have a bittersweet feeling. I am happy because of the epic ending and the safety of all our beloved main characters but...at the same time it left me 'empty'. There's a whole year to come to see what happens on season 3, and I'm sure it will be terrificly entertaining. Meanwhile most of us felt 'broken' because of the goodbye between Din and Grogu.
And when a show manages to make you feel such a strong bond with the characters and empathize with their fates and feelings...well, that means you just watched a masterpiece. So thanks Favreau, thanks Filoni, thanks Pascal.
This year I'm going to continue a tradition I started last year: sending christmas 😂
All my life I've been avoiding it as a consequence of my apathic mood for those festivities, BUT there are some people I truly appreciate and who has helped me through this horrific year so as I did on 2019 right now I am working on a special 'christmas vibe' piece to send them as a postcard. Probably it will arrive on spring due Covid delays but you know, intention is what counts.
Because 2021 HAS to be the way.
Otherwise I hope some kind of meteorite hit us as soon as possible ✨🖤
