A belated Valentine’s day drawing! And you know what that means? My yearly drawing of my ships! And in this case, my one and only crack ship (so far), Solaire and Lucatiel of Dark Souls fame!

Does it make sense in a timeline perspective? No.

Am I in it for the Broody Girl and Bright and Sunny Boy dynamic? HECK YEAH!

They’re also very physical companions who are with you for most of the game!

Plus I can see Solaire as being very caring to Lucatiel and remind her everyday how special she is as a person.

You know, the fact that they didn’t date beforehand actually makes me wanna explore the ship even more! First of all, I like the fact Ashe has her own motivations, but also (in shipping terms) I do like exploring themes on reconciliation and (possible) pent up emotions and pining. But that’s just personal taste.
