Someone has stolen my old Godzilla and King Kong art and is selling it online.

This honestly infuriates me to no end, as it was never even meant to be sold. It’s just fan art for fun and I’m disappointing someone is using it make money off it. Furthermore, I have absolutely no connection to the site, and as an artist, I find it very sad that are actually abusing platforms that helps artists find their footing in the world. So just a heads up. Check if your art is also being used without permission.

Hey there everyone! Since my finals have ended, I might as well share this from my DeviantArt.

For my first piece of 2016... A Mobzilla piece! Bet you guys haven’t seen that in a while eh ;D?

Using techniques I learned from character design class, I made a new style to create a more expressive Captain Zilla Jr. I’m just sooooo happy to be able to do personal things again :D!

I can't talk much, but here's the cover for the Mobzilla fancomic I'm workin' on. You can learn more about the history and backstory on my deviantart, since Mobzilla was originally a DA only kind of thing...

But of course,  I love all my followers on Tumblr, I never thought I'd get 50+ followers here! Hopefully I'll be able to add more content here as stuff at home settles down.

Firstly: 50+ Yay! Thank you everyone, especially those who've been with me since the beginning, I'll be sure to give something for special for you all! Because in all honesty... I thought I'd never get even this far.

Now onto the Art itself, it's actually my first foray into architectural art, and boy was it harder than the actual monsters themselves! :D.

It's also one of my first forays into artistic scale, where I made someone bigger for symbolism than literal terms (because I'm used to that).

At long last! A test page for Mobzilla! Featuring Godzilla and both MUTOs! The Male one (getting Punched) is named Martin while the female is named Martha!

After a long, long long while not submitting anything to Tumblr, I have finally submitted an image! It's a Mobzilla piece, featuring Zilla Jr. vs everyone's favorite gigantic worm, El Gusano Gigante!

Oi look! It's the world fattest kaiju from Godzilla the Series! Rendered for Mobzilla! Seriously, at 100,000 estimated tons, he's amongst the heaviest of all kaiju in Godzilla's universe (and amongst kaiju in general!).

On top is a faux News Article regarding the match between Gipsy and Knifehead. The author is based on Keroniahttp://ultra.wikia.com/wiki/Keronia , who's powers would fit all the necessary requirements to get the best scoop (and espionage)

On the bottom is a Wanted Poster for Moguera, a nutorious criminal in the world of Mobzilla.

Pacific RIng! Set in the same universe as Mobzilla! Felt good to try and make your own newspapers and wanted posters. The goal was to create a lighter-hearted mood in comparison to the corresponding piece with the PacRim kaiju.

An anti-mecha propaganda poster in the world of Mobzilla

The Jaeger counterpart version of the PacRim storyline in Mobzilla! In keeping with the theme of anthromorphization of kaijus and mechs, most of the Jaegers have pupils (with the exception of Crimson Typhoon), and a rather more "Human" physique than in the movie. Gipsy Danger here is a girl, while Crimson Typhoon is up to the viewer. Personality wise? Here both  Gipsy and Striker have rather large egos, with Cherno (being the eldest) being the one who has to curb their egoes. Crimson Typhoon is like the elder cousin that everyone can talk to.

Here, in the Mobzilla universe, Slattern is amongst the biggest and most capable fighters in the city (he was 596 ft. in the film, almost TWICE THE HEIGHT OF HEISEI ERA GOJIRA), and runs a large gym with its own boxing ring. The gym however is a front for illegal underground fighting circuit just under it.

Slattern and older Half-brother Knifehead practically live in the gym. Accompanying them in work includes Leatherback and Otachi. Leatherback is the ever reliable lacky of Slattern, but unlike most lackeys, he puts of a great fight. Otachi's a single mother, always bringing her son, unable to afford a baby sitter.

Slattern's and Knifehead's relationship was never too good. Despite being older, he always had a sense of being under his brother's shadow. Slattern was bigger, stronger and meaner all around. The situation only worsened with arrival of Cherno Alpha and his gym. One of Cherno's students, one Gipsy Danger, challenged and actually defeated the welterweight. Slattern was furious at both her and Knifehead. His loss made Slattern and his gym look bad, to be beaten by some mecha new comer was the worst disgrace any kaiju could face.

Someday... Knifehead always thought to himself, he may get his rematch with "The Girl who Ruined Everything".

A WIP involving the kaiju of Pacific Rim. Set in the same parody universe as Mobzilla, with the Pacific Rim kaijus filling in for "Illegal Underground Fighting Circuit" plotline in a lotta crime thrillers.

In Mobzilla, Slattern owns a gym that's used as a front for an illegal "Fight Club" where people gamble on winners and losers. Here, Knifehead acts like an older (though far less powerful) stepbrother to Slattern, while Leatherback is the lackey.

Knifehead's role amongst them is the biggest, with his backstory being that he was defeated by Gipsy Danger in a rather high profile boxing match. More information will be presented with the finished piece.

And of course all monsters are (c) Legendary and Warner Brothers.

Police Commissioner King Kong, the third "major" character in Mobzilla. As a reference to Godzilla vs King Kong, but also an ironic take on King Kong.

Captain Zilla Jr. Full name Zila "Zillo" Tatopolous, a police officer in the City of Harryhausen and the most likely candidate for the role of "main protagonist" if I wanted to make this into a parodic webcomic.

The "Father" Godzilla, ruthless gang lord of the City of Harryhaussen, large and totally in Charge! Well here it is! The first character in Mobzilla! The G-man himself.

I'm going to submit each character individually on tumblr, while grouped in DA. Just to keep some form of organization.
