Legs got too good of a workout yesterday for me being base level fitness... I can feel them, lulz.

I just pushed out 100 situps and 100 pushups, pretty good for an unfit cunt like me at the moment, haha, base fitness isnt too bad.

Won't be long and I'll be pushing out 100 situps & pushups again daily... my rest and leisure period has ended and strict fitness regime has begun.

16km mountain bike ride this morning, I feel great!

Good to put the feet up after a couple of hours out riding my mountain bike. Warm day.

Smashed out 10km on my mountain bike yesterday, not bad being I took most of winter off of training and hibernated. Not even stiff or sore today, well stiff in another area certainly 😸
