I’ve been considering this idea for a few days so please everyone else consider it too: carrying transformers are Very Warm

a carrier is kind of like a walking hot spot, but they’re also literally hot. since their system is working extra hard to make a new dang cybertronian, there’s a lot of nanite activity and probably increased spark output too. this leads to both localized and generalized heat-spikes, most notably in the abdominal region.

as such: carriers are basically furnaces who need to drink extra coolant so they don’t get overheated, but this also makes them absolutely wonderful to cuddle with

idk I just thought this idea was cute

I basically have an Actual Story Idea bout Whirl/Cyclonus/Tailgate, Cyclonus being Weird bc of Magical Vector Sigma Bullshit, and having babbies. this story idea involves involves:

-carrier Cyclonus because I love!!!!!!!!! -implying that Whirl and Cyclonus absolutely had a hate-hookup at one point, and that just being totally normal (because c’mon, after four million years of war and getting on each other’s nerves I’d bet at least half of all Cybertronian hookups are based on rivalries/etc.) -Whirl having a tough time in the beginning because one of the sparklings has practically an exact copy of his face -his old face. -it’s a little hard for him to adjust to -but once he gets used to the idea he is the MOST SUPPORTIVE PARENT!!! -Tailgate also being an Extremely Supportive Parent and bonding with Whirl over that -Cyclonus being an Extremely Anxious Parent and having to be calmed down by Whirl and Tailgate when he gets too high strung -Tailgate making absolutely sure that these kids get to have a proper childhood that’s longer than 2 weeks -flying lessons with the flightframe bebs!!! -racing through the halls of the Lost Light with the groundframe bebs!!! -all three of them growing closer to each other through making a family!!!!!!!!! -BEBS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
