This year we’ll be at A-kon in Fort Worth, TX!  Noelle ( @chibisubaru), Justin, and @darkenmarr will be there to sell merchandise, talk to fans, and work on sketches.  While we’re at the con, we’ll be promoting our Kickstarter and any profits from game related merchandise that we make at the con will go towards the campaign.  We hope to see you there!

Update 8/29/2016 - San Japan

Hello everyone!  Time for a quick update.

Demo

Right now the team is working on adding in the Choice and Save/Load features.  After releasing the demo, we did receive some constructive feedback and will be changing certain elements upon the next demo release, like splitting existing dialogue that extends to 3 or 4 lines and general text fixes.

We would like to note that, at the moment there are no sprites until Alison reaches Gwyn's mansion.  In the next demo update, we hope to have the official sprite of Ashley, Alison's best friend, completed and implemented into the beginning.

That's right!  Naïve Sprites will be at San Japan this weekend!  Any fans in the in the San Antonio area, stop into San Japan's Artist Alley to check us out!  We'll be giving out game information and selling official merchandise at table H208! Update 4/26/2016

Hello every single one of you wonderful fans!  It's time for a quick update.  The team has been very busy getting things ready for the next month's conventions.  We got all of our convention merchandise ordered, we're just waiting on the deliveries.  Once we get the rest of our items, like our poster and our charms, comes the time to package everything up and then it's off to San Antonio for Mini-Mini Con!   For our fans attending Doujima, be sure to check out what we've got in store for you!  While you're there be sure to look at all the other amazing Visual Novels on display! We're hoping that once our convention antics settle down that we can get back to our normal schedule of updating our Tumblr with the asks and weekly updates.  The post-Mini-Mini Con plan is for ChibiSubaru to take summer classes, and hopefully that won't cut into too much game development time. On top of everything, we've opened two stores for selling our sweet, sweet merch: one on Etsy and the other on Storenvy.  For a little while, our Etsy store will be a bit low on items while we wait for the Etsy admins to approve some of our stuff, but our Storenvy will have all of our items for sale very soon! We were wondering if anyone could help us come up with a decision on this.   We are making charms of our characters for Mini-Mini Con.  Problem is we only have enough money to buy one set.

Hello everyone!  We would like to make three important announcements tonight and those are A Very Important Date's first three convention appearances!  Our first appearance will be at a booth in Doujima in Singapore and then we'll make two stops in Texas, at Mini-Mini Con and San Japan! @chibisubaru​ and Justin will both be at Mini-Mini Con and San Japan.  If all things fall into place, we also hope to have our sprite artist, @darkenmarr​, join us at our table at San Japan in September.
