So Coco pretty much took over the team. Some of them managed to escape except for Cortex. They just left him for dead. Coco spares him since he’s Nina’s Uncle. But he does annoy Coco to the point she’ll break something sometimes. So Willie is pretty much the brains that helps Crash defeat Coco’s robots. Crunch was the one to escape from the lab which also made things worse between them both.”OHH SO YOU REMEMBERED TO SAVE CRUNCH BUT NOT ME???” was how she reacted.
