OH GODDD

There's bikes and a basketball hoop.... Mobius has kids on the sacred timeline... MOBIUS HAS KIDS!!!!!!

(Not sure about the sheets tied into a rope out the window, rebellious teen sneaking out?!)

And Loki has to ask him to leave his family behind to save the TVA...

Mobius's biggest fear about having a good life on the timeline came true. Loki is the only one who knows this and he has to take Mobius away knowing this will make his fear a reality...

I'm crying and throwing up right now.

Okay so I haven't posted anything in about 2 years but ssshhh...

Apologies if anyone has already posted this theory, but the 'our loki will be with our Mobius' line from the featurete has reminded me of this. I don't think the Mobius we see at the end of S1 is from an alternative universe. I think it is still 'our Mobius'. Instead, Mobius doesn't recognise Loki because Loki has never existed.

Now Sylvie has killed He Who Remains, she is in control of the timeline. She uses her new power to give herself what she's always wanted: a life. To do this, she must first remove the existing life the Sacred Loki lives and replace it with her own. Two Lokis existing at once would probably cause too many nexus events for time to flow smoothly. Instead, Sylvie replaces Sacred Loki's life with her own, mundane one. This is why she works at McDonald's so she can live a normal life.

Loki, therefore doesn't exist, especially not in any significance for the TVA to take nite which is why Mobius doesn't recognise our Loki.

I think the climax of the series will be Mobius in trying to restore Loki back into the timeline by wearing the temperal radiation suit and physically repairing the timeline... risking his life to do so.

However, I think by removing Loki from the timeline, the timeline as a whole will begin to unravel. Without Loki, Thor remains an arrogant prince and never becomes a hero. The Avengers never assembled to stop Loki in New York. Thanos easily wipes out the half universe. This makes it even easier for Kang to take control of time with no opposition to stop him.

And loki will see that, even though he mainly played the role of villain on the timeline, he was just as vital as any of the heroes.

Anyone else think that maybe the time keepers don't exist? I'm getting Wizard of Oz vibes from them...

It's kind of suspect that only Renslayer seems to have met them, but there's a chance she's lying. I'm assuming that the pen she uses in the second episode hints that's not actually from the TVA but is a Variant who worked her way through the ranks. Considering how the TVA views variants as 'cosmic mistakes', it wouldn't be too far fetched to believe she needs to keep this a secret to avoid being pruned. Therefore, blackmailing her to lie about the time keepers wouldn't be very hard.

The time keepers being fictious could also explain C-20's reaction when she's found by Mobius. By saying 'it's real' over and over, she could be trying to convince herself that the hierarchy she's always believed in is real despite finding out it isn't. The fugitive loki knows that the time keepers are not real and uses this to torture c-20 until she reveals their supposed location. Perhaps there the truth behind the TVA will be revealed. This could also explain why the fugitive scoffed at our Loki's idea of over throwing the time keepers since she knows that they don't exist.

I think that the time keepers will turn out to be just figureheads of authority that exist just to inspire the TVA to keep working and to convince them they are fulfilling a noble purpose. It would fit in with the themes of lies and betrayal we've already seen touched upon and the idea that nothing is ever wholly good nor bad.

What do you guys think?

Odin never adopted Loki because he felt sorry for the baby abandoned on Jotunheim.

"You were an innocent child."

"No. You took me for a purpose."

Loki sees through this lie straight away. He knows Odin would never rescue a child, especially that of his enemy, without an ulterior motive.

Even the reason Odin tells Loki doesn't really make sense. If he wanted to 'unite their realms' then surely Loki would needed to know he was a Frost giant, if Odin wanted to prove that the two races could live in harmony. At the very least, Laufey should have been told Odin had his son if the plan was to use Loki as a hostage to blackmail Laufey with. Perhaps this was the plan, but Laufey didn't care enough about his son to be threatened. There are still flaws with this as well and the idea of Loki being designed to be a political pawn in plans that never took place. Once Odin knew Loki could not be used to secure an alliance, why did he continue treating him as a son?

Odin took Loki because of this gif.

As you can see, Loki is able to change his appearance as a baby. He is clearly too young to have been taught this and demonstrates Loki inate magical power. If Loki is this powerful as a baby, then he has the potential to become one of the most powerful sorcerers in the nine realms. It was this moment that we can see Odin decide that he will take Loki back to Asgard. Not as a political asset, not as a son, but as a weapon.

We can see from the vault that Odin has a habit of collecting weapons. It is not a coincidence that Loki descovers the truth about himself in the same place Odin keeps the Destroyer; Loki is just another of Odin's weapons but one he could not control or keep locked in a vault.

The best bit of the Loki TV series has to be the fact that Loki knows exactly nothing about Earth culture or history...

WW1 Soldier: you're from the future?! Tell us! Who wins the Great War?
Loki:ugh... The Knicks?

....................

Loki: I need to escape the tva
Random Edwardian: how about hiding on the Titanic?
Loki: sounds good to me

.....................

Ceasar, dying: if you are from the future tell me: will I be remembered through the ages?
Loki: honestly couldn't tell you mate... Now which knife is mine?

My Predictions for the Loki TV series

Since the first BTS for the series has come out, I thought I’d tell you my theory before we get anymore information.

Right.

The series starts with Steve, finishing up his mission to return the infinity stones by delivering the time stone to the Ancient One. But, instead of fixing the time lines, the Ancient One tells him time is still broken. Someone is existing outside of the original time line and thus is altering the true course of events. Steve says “Who?”. Cut to Loki, smug grin, strutting down the street in time to upbeat music.

The rrest of the series revolves around Steve (or maybe Dr Strange) trying to find Loki and bring him back to the correct timeline aka. the 2012 avengers timeline. However, Loki, being the shifty snake he is, has figured out to use these broken timelines to travel back through Earth’s history and avoid capture. Along the way he changes some historical events, causes chaos and makes some friends. His mischief isn’t without consequence; the more he meddles with time, the more fractured and broken it becomes until it is under threat of crumbling altogether. This would not only mean his death, but would erase of all history and memory in the universe, including his new friends.

Steve/ Dr Strange manage to track him down and explain this to him. The only way he can fix it is by going back to his original timeline and staying there. This means he would never escape with the space stone so time won’t be broken but it also means he will never meet his new friends. However, more than this, he is told about the events that happen later in this time line; Frigga’s death, the end of Asgard and, most importantly, his own demise at Thanos’ hands.

Loki, clearly, doesn’t want these events to happen. But he also doesn’t want the universe to end. In the end, he decides that it is better for the original time line to take place. He would rather he lived and die than never exist. So, in a seemingly uncharacteristic move, he agrees to return to 2012, live out his time line and die...

... or so it seems. Loki makes use of this knowledge of his death and takes steps to prevent it. He removes his name from the book of Hel and ensures his rebirth as Kid Loki!!!!!

War of the realms spoilers!!!

Okay so i know no one cares but this is my prediction for the new loki comic series....

Right. So loki is dead accept that he's not. He's currently being digested in Laufey's stomach (ew) but he's still alive cus he's loki. He must somehow escape from the tummy prison he's in one way or another. And what's all this talk about new responsibilities?! Here's my dumb theory that's definitely not going to happen :

In the cover of loki #1 we see loki wielding mjolnir which leads many people to theories maybe loki becomes worthy of mjolnir. Although most comic covers are nevee thst literal and loki with mjolnir could be just an eye catching, comic selling image, i think tjis could be possible. Throughout the build up to war of the realms loki seemed to be one of the few characters that was trying to warn everyone about the up coming warn; he tells Dr Strange about it and tries to get Jane Foster's Thor to help him try to prevent it. This doesn't work because no one trusts loki and then there's the whole stabbing Frigga issue.

However, it is this which gives loki the most cause to be worthy. He stabs frigga to save her. Loki explains many times that Malekith was going to kill her so by almost killing frigga, loki prevents this. Yet it is not loki's cunning plan that makes him worthy, but his sacrifice. Loki loves frigga more than anything, despite what she does to him in agent of asgard with bringing king loki back to the past. She's the only one who trusts him and loki is willing to destroy this trust to save her. He sacrifices the only positive relationship in his life to protect the realms. He knows that only frigga can prevent Malekith's war of terror and he know the only way to save frigga is to sacrifice his only source if happiness.

Speaking if sacrifice, there's no greater sacrifice than letting your abusive father eat you. This is the only way he can restore the trust of frigga he was forced to sacrifice. He is willing to lay down his life to insure he's believed. Once again, loki puts the realms before his own life, sacrificing his own life to make sure thor is rescued and the realms are saved.

So this along with all the good he did in Dr Strange as the new sorcerer supreme and preventing gamora from destroying the universe with the infinity stones and helping out wolverine in Infinity watch, makes loki worthy. This is all might just be academic since mjolnir was destroyed in the sun, thanks for that Jane Foster. However, thor was trying to find he lost hammer, implying that mjolnir may still exist.

Now, finally, onto my theory. I think that loki may have an epiphany of his worthiness, summon mjolnir and free himself from Laufey's stomach. Thus loki's new responsibility would be mjolnir.

But that's not all! Laufey may be tough but he's not mjolnir-through-the-stomach tough. By killing Laufey, loki becomes the next in line to rule Jotunhiem. Furthermore, killing the previous king seems to be the most respected way to become king. Remember when laufey told loki he wasn't so much angry about loki killing him previously, as much as loki not doing so to take the throne.

This would explain why the preview to issue 2 of the new loki comic calls Stark the King if Midgard and this is why loki seeks him out: he wants some advice king to king. Also, it's just loki's luck to be 'rewarded' with kingship of Jotunhiem. Sort of a 'thanks for saving us all from the war of the realms, now you can rule the frozen wasteland of Jotunhiem you've been stuck in the past year and you can rule all those giants that want you dead and definitely won't listen to anything you say because you're too short! ' loki's current vibe has been one that involves him sauntering around the universe, causing trouble and he's gonna hate having to rule a realm that has been the source of most of his pain.

Just imagine loki doing everything he can not to be king and thor constantly dragging him back to Jotunhiem to make sure he rules them.

Thor, dragging loki by his ear into Jotunhiem: you wanted to be a king and now you are.
Loki: yeah king of asgard, not Jotunhiem, they don't even have WiFi!
Thor: doesn't matter.
Loki: they thought daft punk was a kind of ale!
Thor: welcome to your king your majesty!
Loki: THOR!
Thor, leaving through the bifrost: long may you reign!

So, that's my theory. Sorry for the long read.

Okay so hear me out. If guardians of the galaxy 3 is going to be a search for Gamora, it's going to be 2014 Gamora. Where has she gone? With Thanos and his forces dead, there's no one left alive who she really knows. Except maybe one person. Someone who's worked with Thanos before but escape from his clutches around about, let's say 2012...

Loki.

And now that Thor's teamed up with the guardians, imagine him finding his brother when looking for Gamora!!!

New headcannon: loki losing track of whether he is supposedly dead of alive.

Basically, imagine loki appearing to thor in an over the top ghost illusion, complete with rattling chains and glowing plasma, demanding thor to revenge his untimely demise only to have thor say: 'how the hel are you dead? We literally had brunch 2 days ago? I leave alone for 5 minutes and you die!Wtf did you do?!'

Or, even better, loki just sitting opposite thor one day at breakfast, asking thor to pass him the salt, only to have thor volt the table, crush him witg a hug and hear him sobbing into loki's hair about 'how much thor' s missed him' and 'how he's never going to let loki be hurt again', all the while loki's eggs are getting cold.

Loki ends up having to Google himself every morning to see if he's dead or not. Inevitablely, this leads him to tumblr, Apparently, today he's dead but not really dead, he's either hoeing it up on Sakaar or is disguised as a very convincing Bruce Banner, or possibly even Scot Lang.

Anyone think the Russo brothers' aged pic of Tom was a reference to when they said he was too old to play loki? At first that pissed me off a tad but then I asked myself why they would post it? Clearly a joke right? And if that's a joke then the fact that they said that tom was too old is also a joke?

Meaning that tom isn't too old to play loki and there's going to be lots of tom/loki content in the future!

Right. So. I keep thinking about [spoiler] Red Skull's appearance in Infinity War and how that's going to affect the mcu. Cus, he's like a bad guy and all evil and stuff. My first thought was he's going to pose a major problem for the avengers but the i remembered something from Captain America: the first avenger.

Red Skull is the ultimate Thor fan boy.

Remember how he kept going on and on about the gods and how the tesseract was actually from asgard? Well imagine when he actually meets Thor. And he's all like, im not worthy and bowing before him. Thor's kinda like, well this is awkward but the avengers see the advantage this gives them and play along with it. So Thor's having to act all high and mighty, he goes back to 'shakespeare in the park' speak. He's trying really hard but he's just not that good at acting godly.

Then imagine when Red Skull meets loki.

For loki, there's no acting needed. In fact when thor says 'act godly, he thinks we're gods.' loki replies: 'we are gods'. Cut to 3 days later when loki, undoubtedly, is abusing his new found godhood by bossing around the avengers, making then pamper and worship him or else he'll 'smite' them. Inevitably, loki takes it too far and asks Tony to fetch him 'the fairest virgin in the land, or simply the closest. Rodgers will do.' Tony finally breaks, turns round to loki and says: 'you're not a god. I saw you threaten the vacuum cleaner with a knife because it was a foul serpent that devoured your socks.'

Red Skull realises he's been had, puts on his MAGA hat and moves to Charlottesville.

Tea: yall only hate the idea of 'slut loki' because of preconceived ideas that promiscuity should be stigmatised due outdated beliefs, rooted in misogyny, surrounding the idea that being sexually provocative is somehow detriment to a person's moral character.
Grandmaster: wow. the tea is uh scold, scolding hot today.
