You're not a terrible person at all, scars can be beautiful and show us the journeys that we have gone through in life. I wouldn't post about it on Twitter or anything where Mark might see, as I don't know how sensitive he is about it, as they are mostly from his accident. But I agree with you, it is very distinctive to Luke and shows the battles he'd gone through in the three years prior to Empire.
