Me every day. Lol Ps. Can't wait to start getting back into yoga now that my leg and ankle are in the end stages of healing! #yoga #funnyyoga #worrierpose #warriorpose #anxiety #mentalhealth #MentalHealthAwareness #endthestigma
Haven't posted a yoga photo in a while. Here's modified malasana pose using a block. Swipe for cuteness. Tbh I've been slacking doing yoga... Just haven't been making time for it this month. I'm still practicing a couple times per week and stretching but I can feel my body seizing up - it's not happy. I need to make more time even though my schedule is busy. Considering doing a December yoga challenge because sometimes I need a platform to keep myself accountable to stay on track. Arthas is constantly trying to rip down my tapestries Lolol. Anybody know of any donation based or inexpensive yoga studios on the south shore? Ps. If you're reading this you are beautiful and worthy of love. 💛🌙💛🌙💛🌙💛🌙💛🌙 #yoga #yogaeverydamnday #malasana #beginneryogi
Simple as that! #everybodyyoga #yoga #beginneryogi

#Repost @yoga_girl (@get_repost) OMG GUYS I'M CRYING. I just announced my first ever yoga challenge. Legit I refresh Instagram and I see this. @yoga_girl I am ready for the challenge! <3 ・・・ We're going old school! Who is ready for #yogaeverydamnday ??? On September 1 we kick off a 30-day challenge: to practice yoga every day for 30 DAYS STRAIGHT! Every day, get on your mat and practice. Move with what the day has brought you, whether that's a 90-minute flow practice or 5 minutes of meditation. Share a post related to your practice and that describes how you feel (it does NOT have to be a photo of yourself in a yoga pose - this is not your regular yoga challenge that tells you to put your body in a pose). In your caption, get real! Be vulnerable and open your heart. After the 30 days are up, one winner will win an amazing prize: a spot in one of my yoga retreats in Aruba next year! And ten winners will win subscriptions to our online yoga platform @oneoeight.tv 💪🏼 In every post, tag me @yoga_girl and #yogaeverydamnday ❤️ I'll post a reminder post the day before we start (August 31) and will share a photo of my own practice every day of the challenge. I started #yogaeverydamnday as a way to encourage the community to get on the mat almost five years ago and now it's hit over 10 million tags! I'm excited to revive the challenge after half a decade🙏🏼 TAG ALL YOUR YOGA FRIENDS BELOW! Let's prep and get ready!🌸✨😘 Yoga every damn day coming soon! #yogaeverydamnday #yogagirlchallenge #yoga #practice #community
How to #YogaEveryDamnDay with Jessamyn Stanley
This post is part of our Hashtag Highlight series, showcasing some of the most creative community hashtags on Instagram.
Every week, we’re showcasing some of the most creative community hashtags on Instagram. Today we’re highlighting #YogaEveryDamnDay. “When I started practicing yoga at home, I was worried that I would eventually get lazy and lose interest like I’d done with other forms of physical exercise. Using the hashtag #YogaEveryDamnDay reminded me it’s not just ‘yoga whenever you feel like it,’ it’s gotta be ‘yoga every damn day!’” says yoga teacher and writer Jessamyn Stanley (@mynameisjessamyn). “My biggest piece of advice to anyone who wants to #YogaEveryDamnDay is to see the whole world as your yoga mat. Don’t stress out about getting the perfect photo — this shot was taken while I was laughing, talking and balancing all at the same time. It’s about being in the moment and letting it flow.”
This woman is one of my current major inspirations. <3
<3 Size is not a measure of strength or health

Meh I really want to get into yoga.
Strawberries doing yoga.
way too cute
I am going to be looking into taking some SUPER beginner yoga classes soon. There are so many people out there who are looking to better their health... and I usually always see "i want to be a runner", "I want to lift"....etc. The one thing I've ALWAYS wanted to do is yoga. The thought of being able to find that balance and that calmness, and the flexibility-- its something that is very very appealing to me. But at the moment... I SUCK at it. SUCK. Like SUPER SUCK. I am one of the most inflexible people I've ever seen! Every yoga class I've taken I just felt so pathetic, I couldn't hold any of the poses... its always awful and painful. But I think if I took some beginner classes, I wouldn't feel as incompetent... and I could focus on learning the basis and starting slow.
