"Yugioh has been a very important part of my life and this silly card game anime was something I felt strongly emotional connected to and got me through hard times.

Ryou and Bakura’s relationship to each other is a huge source of comfort and depicting their relationship and dynamic is something I found very therapeutic, especially when it comes to disordered plurality experiences.

Im very happy to be part of this zine so I can showcase my artistic execution of their bond."

✨✨✨ Introducing the lovely @bakawitch who will be contributing art to the "Like a Bruise" Tendershipping zine.

"I'm Baka, a hobby artist with a special interest in Yu-Gi-Oh! and more specifically the Bakurae.

Tendershipping was the first ship from the series that I got really into and it still has a choke hold on me. Wanting to create fanart for them was actually the main reason I started drawing.

This is my first time contributing to a zine, and I'm really excited to see how it'll turn out!"
