i saw someone on tiktok make an "if the bw cast made slideshows" and thought it was funny so i made some of my own

BEHOLD! An up close look of what the dragons REALLY look like in flight! (And the moment when she transitions back into her "Link Onboard" basic flight animation)

So, as you might've noticed, when viewed from a distance, the dragons bodies bend and weave like noodles with legs bounding through the air. HOWEVER, while Link is nearby, their bodies are relatively still, allowing him to traverse along their backs with relative ease. Even when they are completely vertical while diving and rising from the Depths their movements are still stabilized.

Well, I managed to discover a moment in the Light Dragon's early game flight path (while she still has the [redacted]) where she has to suddenly and dramatically ascend/swerve to avoid a structure. Since there are no such obstacles down in her mid-late game flight path--nor in the flight paths of the other three--there is no "Link onboard" version of the animation and we get to see what it really should look like when you're on her back >:)

I like thinking that the dragons fly smoother when Link is onboard just to be nice to him. Thank you dragons.
