X-Men AU Update!

It's been a while since I posted some updates about my X-men AU because I never get the time to draw, but that doesn't mean I wasn't writing down the AU's story and how it would flow together!

The AU will now be called X-men: Another Shot

Morpherine AU shenanigans was just a silly placeholder name anyway lol. I made the AU focus on the other team members of the X-Men as well since they also deserve a better shot in life, but the two idiots' romance would still be the main plot of it.

Here is a quick drawing of them before the "You were a shit friend so your best friend became a villain." arc started.

I found this on Pinterest and thought this is so Morphing coded. I mean, look!

Short King Kermit = Short King Logan.

Tall Wife Ms. Piggy = Tall Spouse Kevin.

And of course, I'd draw my AU version of Morph this time they are fem presenting because I've been drawing a lot of masc Morph.

I still don't know if I should change the name Kevin? Should I?

How are we liking my version of Morph's face for my X-men AU so far?

I was inspired by the X-Men 92 and 97 faces they drew for Morph. You can see both influences in my AU version of Morph.

I'm changing Morph and Wolverine costumes because I don't feel satisfied with them currently, but as soon as I finalize their designs, I'm going to do Rogue and Gambit next!

Of course! Both of them have specific items from each other that both of them didn't know they held on to and kept. For Morph, it was Wolverine's old jacket, which Wolverine gave them. They used to wear it with their X-Men uniform all the time, but now they only wear it as pajamas on the nights they can't sleep, and Wolverine doesn't know it. For Wolverine, it was a plushie Morph gave to him when they won the shooting game at a carnival. Morph thought he would have thrown it because they never saw it again, but Wolverine kept it and had the plushie in his room right next to the framed picture he had with Morph.

Poor Morph still blames themselves for what they did to Wolverine's claws when they were controlled and manipulated by Mr. Sinister.
