Lecter grasps Graham’s ring finger. Graham winces, but doesn’t look at him.
“Admit it,” he commands softly.
Silently, Graham shakes his head. His breath hitches just before Lecter wrenches his finger backwards, the bone popping in half like a carrot stick.
Graham might be able to stay silent, but he can’t help panting with an open-mouthed grin at the shock of pain that resounds through his hand.
“Admit it,” Lecter prompts again. “Admit that you like it.”
Graham still refuses to answer, but he offers up his middle finger to break next.
