KISS-O-METER PASSES TEST RUN -- When war came, the Kiss-O-Meter, a contraption which registers the stimulation of a kiss, was put away in a storeroom in the Electrical Engineering building at University of Minnesota. Today it was dug out and put through a trial run with Engineer's Day queen candidates before the engineering exhibition May 9 and 10 at the Armory. First to test it were engineering student Charles Marzolf and Janet Chandler. The needle whirled to "Hot." Waiting their turns are Queen Candidates Charlene Hock (left) and Nancy Osborn. The machine, it was decided, was ok.
