From the unpublished third issue of EC's "Picto-Fiction" magazine, the issue was included in the Russ Cochran slipcase edition released in 2006. The book credits only Williamson with the art, but visual evidence in faces and figures suggests partial inking by fellow EC artists Frank Frazetta, Angelo Torres, and Reed Crandall. Rendered in ink and Zipatone on EC Bristol board

Will Elder caricatures the entire EC Comics Bullpen and staff on this stunning piece that is chock-full-o' gags and jabs! He pictures himself as part of a three-headed-terror, sharing shoulders with Wally Wood and Jack Davis. From the top down, everyone gets a moment on this piece... from the boss, publisher Bill Gaines, to the Business Manager Lyle Stuart, and even office girls Nancy Siegel and Shirley Norris. Nancy Siegel and Bill Gaines were married in 1955, so this likely is from before that. Crafted in ink and Zipatone on Bristol board. All lettering is hand-lettered.

Frank Frazetta art from the unpublished fourth issue
Shock Illustrated was part of EC's short-lived "Picto-Fiction" line. The third issue was printed but publisher William Gaines could not afford to have them bound. The publisher bound 100 to 200 copies of that issue and they were given away or sold to fans who ordered the issue. It remains a holy grail for many EC collectors.
