(1) Two ancient buildings hold near the Rio Aragon stream, in Hecho valley. This stream gives its name to the famous Aragon place. Here we are in the high Aragon region. Last beams of the setting sun are lighting Peña Forqua cliffs. (2) Day 6 goes from Somport pass to Arlet hut, fully in France. First part of the day is done in a beech forest, then we had a crossing balcony above the beautiful Aspe valley, well-kown for sheep's cheese. Numerous shepherds' huts on the route. We can see a dirt track used to reach one of them. It is still possible to see this red soil. (3) We finish the 7 day trek with the French village of Lescun, lovely place, ideally placed on the South facing slope, in the valley d'Ansabère. This place is a typical Pyrenean one. Many homes, farmhouses, barns are made of stone, with a slate roof. All this gives a very natual sight. Taking a drink at the Pic d'Anie hotel terrasse is mandatory ! We could meet many hikers from many countries, doing the famous GR10 hiking.
