Oooh... They're both quite artistic creatures in their respective fields, so that's a bit of a toughie to answer. Obviously, meat boi Andi loves his human taxidermy and sculpting, though I'd like to headcanon him drawing with charcoal, mainly in his revertant ghoul days when he'd map out designs for his future face. He seems like he always had that creative streak in him that remained unwavering throughout centuries. Andrei is exceptional at making art just as he is at being a leader, though if he wasn't an archbishop, he'd definitely open up a gallery where art and human anatomy collide. It would be open to both Kindred and Kine (though they'll involuntarily contribute to the growing exhibits through "mysterious" means).
Gretchen, on the other hand, is more of a musical soul. Her nights as Kindred (especially in the beginning) would've been nothing without her guitar. Although she prefers electric, she doesn't mind sitting down and cranking up the somber mood with an acoustic. Her favorite places for that would be on high rooftops and just going at it while staring at the city with scorn.
They both very often express themselves artistically in each other's company by chilling in Andrei's basement, where he'd make furniture and various human ornaments while calmly listening to Gretchen singing and playing. And of course, with great intrigue, she'd also observe Andrei passionately engaging in his hobby through Vicissitude.

They're both freaky little assholes omfg. Andrei started out as vanilla, not really giving any thought as to what kinks are or what he'd like to try until Gretchen barged into his unlife, grabbed his big ass claw and showed him a myriad of possibilities to make their sex life just as immortal before having him fist her with said claw.
