Okay but what if Wally promised to do a bunch of cheesy holiday themed stuff with Bart, like carve pumpkins, cuz he knew Bart had never done any of it before. Then everything happens and Halloween rolls around and Bart isn’t really looking forward to it cuz he wishes Wally was there with him. But then Dick shows up at the Garrick’s place with two pumpkins and way too many carving tools and offers to carve pumpkins with Bart. And they both end up making Kid Flash themed designs. After that it becomes tradition for the two of them to spend Halloween together, carving Wally inspired designs into their pumpkins.
