thinking about how both Erik and Raven probably had complicated relationship with food at some point in their lives because they both starved (Erik in ghetto/concentration camp and Raven when she was homeless before meeting Charles)

cherik hell's kitchen au except Erik is the only one that participates in the show so it's just a normal hell's kitchen season except he's there and every time we get that snapshot thing of him where he's supposed to comment on what's currently happening he just whines about missing his husband. thanks to his powers he's a machine in the kitchen but he doesn't win because other competitors vote to kick him out almost every episode 'cause they don't like him (and it's his fault they don't)

one day i had a dream that Charles and Erik were both running for president and at first Raven was on Erik's side but then she joined Charles and they had a presidental debate which i don't remember anything from and after that debate Erik walked up to Charles&Raven and looked at her and deadpanned "i hope you crumble under the weight of sins you claim are my own" and then turned around and walked away and i just wanted to say that this dramatic bitch behavior is so in character for him

hmmm what if Shaw's experiments caused some permament damage to Erik's body and he had to suffer from both mental an physical side effects

like one day during xmfc Charles finds him curled up in pain unable to even move because sometimes he has epizodes like this bcs of what Shaw did to him

or he's chronically in pain and sometimes it gets much much worse so he can't hide it anymore

ahh i love doing research for a thing i'll mention in one(1) sentence in my fanfic to then never think about it again

cherik soulmates au where you know your soulmate's name bcs you have it on your skin or some other shit and for his whole life Charles thought that his soulmate's name is Max Eisenhardt but then he falls in love with Erik and at some point either Erik sees the tatoo with the name or Charles tells him and he's like "THAT'S MY FUCKING BIRTHNAME" and then they live happily ever after the end

me, waking up at 5 a.m. with a new fic idea (the idea is making up new dimensions and throwing Erik from the one where he's happy to the one where he's not): i'm about to cook something sooo fucking good

the "Charles Xavier is the original "i can fix him"" meme is funny but personally i don't agree because i don't think that he believes in "fixing" people. sure he wants to bring out the good in everyone but he is convinced that this good already exists in people's nature and there's no need to "fix" anyone
