I am going to preface this with: I love any and all feedback - from simple kudos to a long comment. Now, my actual answer.

The unhinged commentary. Yelling, keysmashing, those that highlight their favorite parts of the chapter/story so I know what exactly it was they liked about it, etc.

Hmmm. I know I really struggled with both "Bookbinder//Songwriter" and "Where The Shadows Lie" early on, as I was NOT modern au savvy at all. In fact, it still makes me nervous, but I have grown more comfortable with them.

I struggle hard with battle scenes, and playing with characters I'm not used to messing with. But yes, battle scenes definitely....which is my current bane haha.

When I feel that the arc for that chapter has come to a close (unless it's a cliffhanger). I try to map out my chapters with this in mind to see where the break feel okay. I look at it kind of like television episodes. Did I accomplish telling the story of this chapter? If it's a cliffhanger, is there enough content for the next chapter to wrap up that arc? Etc.

I love rereading fics. If they're favorites of mine, they'll definitely be reread, it's a comfort thing for me.

Okay, so not a non-posted-wip, the last fic I read was... "Cup of Love" by @i-did-not-mean-to for the Sweet & Spicy bingo prompts. I really enjoyed it, and it was a nice headnod to my fic Dragonhearted, featuring teacup Ori. It's very sweet, and honestly, IDNMT is just a fantastic writer. Definitely giving it a rec!

This year I have so many things to be proud of, I think. I'm going to go with "When Darkness Shines Brightest" that I'm collabing with @stardryad-random! It's a story we started brainstorming in January of this year, and now that we're at the end of the year, the fic it over half done with just a couple more chapters to go! It's been so much fun (and I love collabs, let me tell you), but there's something about this story that just...is one of my favorites.

Overall, I'm going to say "May Your Forge Burn Bright" - still unfinished, but holy shit, it's so overwhelming looking at the stats, but also just seeing how excited people are about it. It's my first big Bagginshield and I'm constantly blown away at the love and adoration for it.

All of them??? But for real, I am having SO MUCH FUN writing all of these stories. The plot bunnies event I did earlier this year (which you can find here on ao3!) has been exciting. It's given me so many new fics to work on, but also getting to see the reactions from others about my little brain babies has been fun!!

I'm giving you the fic writer answer. I think it's pretty simple. I get attached to a set of characters as individuals, but I also see where they are great together. The chemistry has to be there. I have to be able to envision these characters in various scenarios and always harboring themselves within each different setting - still clicking together and having that same fun chemistry as the source material. They have to be good for each other - I am not about toxic relationships or harm (tho a little bit for angst is something else, but all on a case by case basis). To make my answer very bland: To Razzy, a great ship = endless possibilities, fun scenarios, love and fluff, but still maintaining the core of who they are individually, as well as within the ship itself. I want them to be recognizable even in a completely different AU verse. Let them be good for each other. Does this make any sense? Idk what I'm saying today looool I have very few OTPs all around, so I'm probably terrible at answering this stuff.

Favorite unpopular ship...? I guess that depends on your definition of "unpopular"? As far as the ones where I go "YES I DEFINITELY SHIP THIS!!!" I'd say Dwalin/Nori? I don't think it's unpopular by any means lol but in comparison to my main otp, I'd say probably yeah.

Yes. 😂😂😂 All of the above - it really just depends on what mood I'm in. All three are excellent, and I read them whenever I get a chance!
