since I can't draw anything new this year here's last year's halloween comic, now with alt text ✨
guess whose art tablet isn't working properly!!
it's not fully impossible to draw with but suffice to say it is immensely frustrating to try, and while the issues I'm having aren't new, none of the fixes that used to work have any effect now
more to the point I've been using this computer and tablet for almost 10 years, and after stubbornly sticking with windows 7 for as long as physically possible (which I do not need to be told is a bad thing nowadays, I Am Aware) my computer bluescreens multiple times a week, so even if my tablet were to magically start working as normal tomorrow it's a sinking ship either way
all that is to say hopefully it won't be too long before I'm able to draw again but I do not know when that will be 👍
(and also the halloween art I'd been excitedly planning since summer will not get to be drawn this year. the real horror of halloween 2024 is Technical Difficulties)

Came across your blog and man... As someone that LOVES designing Fankids, your blog is an absolute haven! I love your designs so much, they feel like a perfect mix of their parents while also being very uniquely their own!
The sprite art is so freaking cute as well aughhh, it inspires me to draw my own Fankids again... Haven't given them attention in quite a while. <3

How's Sheezyart been so far? I've been eyeing it for a while and wondering if I should give it a shot, but I don't know if it's gonna give me anything beyond a more Deviantart-shaped site with a proper art gallery to post stuff (though I guess that's a good thing on its own).
tbh I don't think I can give the best perspective on it just yet! I've been too busy with soriel week and irl stuff to take the time to browse and interact and find new people to follow, and it also seems like the UTDR fandom is still pretty small over there, so my experience with it is fairly limited.
that being said I like it a lot already! as a longtime DA user it feels like a breath of fresh air, it has a lot of little features I find appealing and the handful of comments I've received have all been very sweet :'> I think it's definitely got potential!
