Troy and Cleo, "Oh, darling, of course."
RE TALKING ABOUT HELENA AND TROY. This is at least 4 years after Cleo is clean.
So, this might not be EXACTLY what goes down. There’s a lot of focus on the Vanya Debacle and not enough focus on the other members of the hanfam. BUT its a good look at how Troy treats Cleo, and how Cleo is trying so so hard not to treat her kids wrongly, and how this might go down. I might write a second draft of this sometime if I’m feeling up to it.

“Mom, will you come to my wedding?”
“Oh, darling, of course.” Cleo says. As if she could ever not attend her kids’s weddings. Even if Tiffany marries that military boy, she’ll go.
“Ok. It’s three this Thursday.”
For a split second, she thinks he’s joking. Smiling, she turns around. And there she freezes.
Because Troy is dead serious.
