Hey. [pokes your arm] Don't die. I'd miss you, as would a lot of other people. You're not worthless. You might be flawed, but so am I. One step at a time, okay? We're working on it. Take some time to rest.

When's the last time you ate or drank something? Mental health takes a nosedive if you've not done that.

When was the last time you moved, even to get some sun or pet your favorite creature? If you've not cleaned yourself, go wash your face, okay? If you can, brushing your hair might help, too; it helps me calm down sometimes, so it might help you.

Did you see the sun? (Did you see the moon?)

When is the last time you talked to a friend? Not just here -- text them. Or call them. Physically being present would be best, but texting or calling can help, too. I can only do so much; you'd be best served in being honest with someone you really know. Yeah, I know it's scary, but trust me -- the people who love you are willing to help in what way they can. Even more introverted individuals need some form of connection. Reach out, even to say "hi" and to ask how they're doing.

My aunt has to start chemo soon

And my uncle has been struggling with Crohn’s disease his whole life, but right now things really aren’t looking good for him.

My cat is dying and will be gone in a few days, more than likely, so if you guys could pray that he passes gently and everybody takes it okay, that would be great.

He's about eighteen years old

My grandmother fell, hit her head, and had to get fourteen stitches in it and it bled so much she threw up. Please, please pray for her, I beg you. It is a miracle she is alive but she is not okay.
