i have an illustration from like 2017 of a character wearing: a huge trench coat, a scarf, leggings, a knee length skirt, boots, and holding a fox that’s been marked nsfw - i’ve tried to get it changed like 5 times and everytime it still gets marked nsfw i don’t even know anymore

I have the same problem and I know other who have it too. There is no logic when posts appear in the tag and when not. With or without links. Sometimes it helps if you change few tags, but not always. Sometimes you have to change tags 20 times before it helps, but sometimes even that won’t help. Sometimes you can have many tags, but sometimes you have to delete all but five if you want your post to appear in any of the first five tags. You just never know

Artists drawing nudes theoretically wouldn’t; artists drawing sex acts would. And even then there’s no guarantee people wouldn’t report nude art, getting the artist in trouble. Theoretically staff would have to check every reported post to see if it’s a nude photo or a drawing.

it did say that illustrations are allowed, so artists shouldn’t be affected by this.
