So apparently Zack Snyder has "stepped away" from the Justice League movie and now it's being directed by George Miller, who directed Mad Max: Fury Road. Huh.

Because seriously, that would be incredible since George Miller understood the cinematic and the character-based importance of Mad Max and that’s part of why it became such a runaway success. We got gorgeous, detailed visuals on top of some amazing male and female characters.

So…please don’t be joshing with me. I will cry happy tears if this is true.

Don’t get me started on Claire Temple. I just. I need 235034594% more Claire in my life.

And I blame the Daredevil writers for the fact that no matter how they write the Matt/Elektra relationship, I know it won’t hold a candle to Clairedevil. Sorry. Y’all motherfuckers wrote that relationship so well that it is now impossible for me to ship Matt Murdock with ANYONE else. Nope. Ain’t gonna happen. They had the most enjoyable, believable, delightful, painfully amazing chemistry and the relationship was so unique in terms of other ones that Matt’s had in season one, so they might as well just have him be single until the show ends. I will never be on board for anything other than Clairedevil. YOU HAVE ONLY YOURSELVES TO BLAME, WRITERS.

However, ranting aside, I am 1000% on board with Claire being Matt’s conscience and sounding board since it looks like he’s going to be at odds with Foggy this season. She understands a part of him that no one else does, so even though they deep-sixed Clairedevil, I still want them to interact because she’s such an incredible character.

Can’t wait for season two! GIVE ME CLAIRE OR GIVE ME DEATH.
