A song by Iron Butterfly released back in 1968. The full song is 17 minutes long and the radio version is about 3 minutes long
The song is supposed to be In the Garden of Eden, but the lead singer was so drunk while recording that it came out as In A Gadda Da Bida
But the part I’m referring to in my tags is just after the drum solo (which is like 3 minutes long), there’s a screech with the guitar, which my dad compares to a bird squawking 😭

Update we can’t find Gerard
Update two we still can’t find Gerard, we’re assuming he escaped the garage…he escaped before I could ask about MCR5 :(
MAJOR UPDATE GERARD HAS RETURNED AND IT MAY POSSIBLY BE A FEMALE POSSUM
Update time- Gerard cannot be found…again
Update time again!! - so Gerard has escaped from under the freezer and is roaming the garage, the little fucker escaped the set up we had set up to help him escape the garage
Update! - there’s been no sign of Gerard (my mom’s been leaving the garage door open for 10-15 minutes each day to help him escape on his own) as he hasn’t knocked anything over. So he may be gone again, but we can’t be so sure yet
Gerard has given me little info about MCR5- little but very important info that needs be shared!
Gerard has said that MCR5 will release sometime in 2024, he heard from his close sources (possibly MCR themselves)
Final update (hopefully) - Gerard is gone!
He escaped sometime within the week when my mom’s left the garage door open for a little bit, so I can happily say Gerard has escaped the garage and is happily free!

I think the band will drop MCR5 this year, I’m placing my bets on December of this year. I’ve had hope for MCR5 for years now. The day all hope is shattered is the day the band breaks up again
Single wise, I really hope the next one is Eagles. Foundations also transitions into Eagles perfectly. And even if it isn’t the next single, I’m excited for whatever the band will drop
I’ll go insane if fans are actually right with saying that they’ll either announce MCR5 at WWWY or debut a song from it there
Anyways, and finally- they are 100% in fact going on tour again. Gerard has confirmed it multiple times at various of shows throughout the last tour. The last tour was also branded as a return, not a reunion. When they’ll go on tour again is still up in the air- maybe sometime in 2025
The future of MCR is very bright and exciting 🙃
