I think it started when their constant planning of trying to defeat each other began to blur with ~unnecessary feelings~ lmao

But really, if you spend so much time thinking about someone, gathering so much info about them, always looking for them in a crowd, and even seeing sides of them that you never expect, what else do you think is gonna happen?? They became the protagonists in their own little world and each other's #1 fan unironically

Though I feel that Kageyama will be a bit too slow in realizing and will only notice his feelings when Hinata stops pestering him ( like he usually does) since Kags is a man of habit and that includes Hinata being a constant factor in his life despite how much he protests
