More and more, things involving the old Star Street cartoon gets uncovered. Slowly, ever so slowly, I find at least one more thing like the composer posting high quality full versions of his compositions from the series to Netherlands-exclusive coloring books.
Maybe some day, the rest of the English version will be able to escape from lost media hell (at least as far as internet existence is concerned).
So Star Street composer and music director Jos van Woudenberg has a YouTube channel under his name, and just uploaded a bunch of high quality uploads of his work, including parts of the songs that were cut off in the episodes. First ever upload of the full-length version of "Stick to Your Dreams", the song from "Moon River"!
Now that's some awesome news! I think I heard ONE full high quality song probably uploaded by him iirc and it's great to know more have popped up ^_^
Also, this tune is amazing and I loved it from the first time I watched the tapes :D

For what it's worth, we DID get to see some alternate costumes on the ol' space dad. Last time he wore anything but his pink robe was in the Double Trouble Dragons ep.
And before that, in the Moon River ep (unless I'm getting the timing mixed up)...

I think the Great One might be a little high from something. Or just manipulating space and time like he always does just to play up the whole "someone's messing with the weather machine" situation a bit. 😛
I guess underwear is just not a thing in star folk culture. 'Cause that's a bit more of the Great One than I expected to see. 😂
I really wish this was in English. Or Spanish at the very least. The second ep, here seems like one huge big-lipped alligator moment in the middle of it.

This show’s soundtrack is so beautifully 80s, and this would honestly fit in with all the jazz fusion tracks in my aesthetic playlist. Not sure what episode this is from though, I may need to rewatch a few eps (in Spanish or Dutch, ugh... Duolingo, you’re gonna be a lifesaver for me, I stg). Fire and Ice is the first one that came to mind.
