it literally breaks my heart to see anya struggle for 8 years trying to get into med school but she spends a couple years at pony express as a nurse and starts getting into psychology. like. idk the heartbreak of chasing one thing for so long to an almost comedic degree, but in some of her lowest moments, no savings, desperate to just try again, she separated enough from her seemingly sisyphean task to find another interest elsewhere. not even mentioning that this comes before they all die in space. anya you are a wonderful doctor and you couldve been a great psychologist too

When it comes to studying aboard the Tulpar, I'd like to think Anya assembles the ultimate study playlists and is quite proud of them, (they mainly consist of nature documentary scores such as Blue Planet II and Frozen Planet II) 💙💙💙

​me reading all yalls comments on reddit, tumblr, and dms yesterday ✋🏻😭 just know that idk wtf i’m doing 99% of the time, think my art’s shit because it’s not vagabond/berserk/noragami level, nor is traditional art as flexible as digital art because i’m too broke, smooth brain, and impatient to learn (and just completely disinterested tbh because traditional is a lot more fulfilling to me and i wanna work the same way as my favorite mangakas), but i really really appreciate this because i’m finally following my dreams of becoming a full-time, self-published comic artist and literally made that decision barely 2 days go!! so it makes me beyond elated, emotional, and dumbfounded how much attention i already have for my FIRST ever major project so thank you from the bottom of my rodent heart 🫵🐁💙
