Holy shit, calm down.
Hate to say it, but Moffat is well within his rights to not want the trailer online and available to the public. He is behaving like a child throwing a temper tantrum, but he is just that kind of guy. He is doing this because he can.
Many arguments right now against Moffat is "Oh, the trailer will be released in the next month or two anyway because BBC will probably decide to air it, so what's the point?"
Okay, then why don't you wait until it airs on television!?!?!?!
Why is this such a difficult concept? I understand that the DW fandom is starving for more information, stills, clips, everything, about the 50th anniversary and the Christmas special, but seriously?
I'm going to be perfectly blunt to those who are saying that this whole shtick isn't fair, NEWSFLASH, life is not fair. If Moffat wants to 'reward' the fans who showed up to his show's panel, then he can and will. I'm afraid that venting about it will get no one anywhere.
We are entirely too used to having everything given to us on the internet, because this hate-storm is petty.
So save yourselves the anger and just have a little patience. Don't let Moffat's douchebaggery get to you and just wait out the next two months until we get the trailer.
