Thanks for answering me, I'm gonna explain a bit more. Owen/Batman is the adoptive father, but he ha s a lot to do, is not always present. So Judd/Alfred is the one that take care of the fam. TK/Nightwing is the "first born", trusted one but at first as some difficulty to find his own identity. Paul/Tim is the smart one, Marjan/Stephanie the wild card with a penchant for attention, Mateo the little brother that everyone tease and protect, and biological son cause he already was in Texas (1/2)

If I may spitball some ideas here, if you don’t mind:
Maybe Owen’s wife was brutally murdered during a family walk through a dark dangerous alley? TK was very young but the memory stuck with him. (if he’s raised by Owen in this AU)
Owen and Judd had known each other all their lives that they became brothers. After the loss of Gwyheth, Judd decided to move in with Owen to help him cope with his loss. Since Owen was in a broken state, he practically became the master of the house.
At first, Owen’s vigilantal act was out of pure revenge for his wife but overtime it became a mission to make the streets just a little bit safer for his kids. As time goes on, Owen begins adopting kids that were left alone in the world and had untapped potential. Despite his job keeping his busy, Owen makes it a point to be involved in his kids lives.
When they get older, the kids make a pact to not tell Owen they know his secret.

I saw the 911ls DC AU and I immediately went Bat family AU. We have Owen as Batman, TK as Dick Grayson , Paul as Tim Drake/Barbara Gordon, Mateo as Damian Wayne, Marjan as Jason Todd/Stephanie Brown, Judd.. Alfred I guess ? and Tommi as Batwoman, Grace as Black Canary, and Carlos as Wally West. It's not perfect but I feel the chaos of the bat family can translate really easily with the 126

My mind, my crazy universe of a mind, decided not to stop there. Here’s the next idea m:
Three years ago, TK Strand was preparing to propose to his boyfriend, Alex, on their next date. That was the last time Owen had seen his son.
TK had tried to call him three times that night but Owen didn’t pick up once. After that, TK disappeared into the night.
For years, Owen had searched for his lost son while continuing his job as a firefighter. However, when the search for TK became a Cold Case, and Owen was diagnosed with Lung Cancer, it was time for a change.
The Department of Justice offered him a new start at a department located in Austin, Texas, that had just suffered a terrible loss.
Owen hesitantly accepted but still searched for his son.
Meanwhile, Michelle Blake balances her job as EMS Captain, while taking care of her younger sister, Iris.
Iris had recently been diagnosed with Schizophrenia, which caused her behavior to be erratic and a danger to herself.
Michelle finally managed to convince Iris to move in with her so she could help with her treatment until Iris was back in a stable position.
One activity the sisters do together is provide medical aide at a nearby Homeless Encampment.
Meanwhile, in the camp was a young man living in a tent with a heavy case of amnesia that everyone calls Blue Eyes.
