I had this thought for a teen-human Eda for my swap AU.

What if, fifteen-year old Edalyn Clawthorne was diagnosed with an early case of MS (multiple sclerosis) The symptoms right now are minor with the occasional weakness in her muscles but Eda knows that it’s only get worse from there.

Gwendolyn focuses a lot of her attention on finding the right treatment for Eda, sometimes neglecting her other daughter, Lilith.

There are days when everything gets too much for the young teen, the physical therapy, the counseling, the worrying about her future.

So when Eda gets the chance to escape to a demon realm and forget her worries for just a little while, she takes it.

🎭 Encanto AU: A Theatre Family

The Madrigals were famously known for being a family of talented performers; Actors, Singers, Dancers, etc. They were given a grand theatre to perform in (maybe it was left to Alma after Pedro Madrigal passed away)

Since that day, Mirabel developed a deep case of stage fright and never became a preformer. When she got older, Mirabel became a stage director, helping each of her families talents from backstage.

However, the family begins facing some hard times, and are at the risk of losing the theater.

Mirabel must help her family give the performance of the lifetime if they have any chance of saving their theater.

SWR Concept: Hospital Au

Kanan Jarrus is a surgical doctor, and newest resident at Lothal Hospital. Every day, he dedicates himself to saving every life that enters the hospital doors. One day, Dr. Jarrus meets a young patient named Ezra.

Every few weeks, Ezra would enter the hospital with fake symptoms so he can steal supplies and whatever medicine he can grab. Except, his symptoms are real this time but none of the nurses or doctors believe him… all except one. Kanan decided to take the boy in and examine him.

Upon examination Kanan discovers that Ezra has appendicitis and his appendix is so close to bursting so they need to contact his parents for the surgery. Except when Kanan turns his back, Ezra disappears from his room.

It took hours before Kanan located Ezra, hiding in a closet in the hospital clutching his stomach because his condition became worse.

Back in the room, Kanan confronts Ezra who finally admits the truth. His parents died when he was a kid and he had been living on the streets for years. In order to get the surgery the hospital will call social services and he’ll be put back in the foster system. Which Ezra wants to avoid because it didn’t work out the last dozen times.

Ezra insists that he’ll be fine and wants to leave without any treatment. Before Kanan can comfort the boy, Ezra begins screaming with pain, his appendix has burst and he needs surgery immediately.

Ezra is immediately rushed in surgery, and, of course, the hospital had no choice but to call social services in order to put the boy back into the system and find him a home.

(Y’All knows how this is gonna end but I’m gonna say it anyways)

Upon waking up from surgery, Ezra is angry at Kanan after learning they had called Social Services. However, he was surprised to learn they already found a home for him.

The only doctor who had believed him, and risked his job to save him.

SWR Concept: Everything Stays, but it still changes

Everything, Everything Au (Version 2)

As an infant, Ezra was diagnosed with a weak immune system that makes him vulnerable to the world outside of his medically perfected house.

Every day, Ezra’s isolated life felt fulfilled with the love of his parents, even if it meant never going outside. Unfortunately, when the boy was fourteen, his parents passed away in a car accident. Leaving the poor boy all alone.

Meanwhile,Kanan Jarrus had once been a top doctor, his career prospering until the day a patient had died while on his operating table. The incident left Kanan's confidence shattered as he lost himself in a drunken stupor.

One day, after passing his sobriety recovery plan and recovering, Kanan is given a chance to start anew with his career. While he could never be the surgeon he once was, it was a place to start.

Kanan’s new job was to become a 24-hour nurse/caretaker to a young boy diagnosed with SCID that had recently lost both his parents.

At first, Ezra and Kanan find the situation unbearable, Ezra mourning the loss of his parents and Kanan struggling with his recovery and holding a sick child’s life in his hands.

Overtime, the two find peace in their new situation and comfort in one another. The job as a caretaker is quickly replaced as a Foster Father. The two healing from past wounds in their new lives.

But as the boys’ fifteenth birthday approaches, Ezras’ condition begins to worsen.

Kanan, however, is not ready to lose his foster son, and will do everything in his power, even return to his old profession in order to save the boys’ life.

In a small secluded town, Hera Syndulla balances running a diner while taking care of a troublesome cat and raising her young daughter, Sabine, on her own.

Each day is the same as the one that passed, as struggles and problems continue building. However, everything changes the evening that a shooting star flies across the night sky. A very strange shooting star.

While returning home after a long day’s work, Hera finds a mysterious stranger walking alongside the road. Kanan, a single father and his young son, Ezra, both have nowhere to go and no one else but each other.

Hera kindly offers to let Kanan stay at her house until he can figure out what to do next. The man is wary but eventually gives in to the woman’s kindness.

However, little does Hera know was that the man and child she had invited into her home were actually alien fugitives from deep space and are on the run.

Kanan had traveled many light years seeking a planet where he can keep Ezra safe from those that want to experiment upon both of them because of their unique abilities.

Overtime, Heras kind heart begins chipping away at Kanan's defensive walls as he begins to trust the woman more, allowing Ezra to have a normal life for once. Sabine finds her first friend with Ezra, who has very strange powers. Kanan finds the true meaning behind Family.

However, the truth about Kanan and Ezra threatens to come out when ISB Agent Kallus and Captain Guard Garazeb Orrelios are sent to Earth to obtain the criminals.

Is the bond of this new family strong enough to withstand the approaching danger?

Rumors had it that The Forbidden Forest was infested with ghosts and beasts. The woods, filled with large thick trees, was fairly easy to get lost in. No one ever went into those woods.

So imagine everyone’s surprise when a young boy was seen leaving those woods. A boy that no one recognized or had ever seen before.

After taking the boy to the hospital, it was revealed that he was Harry Potter, the lost son of Lily and James Potter. Two victims of the infamous serial killer, Voldemort.

For years, everyone had believed that Harry had been killed as a baby. But that was not true.

After killing his parents, Voldemort had taken Harry and kept him inside a small shed deep within the woods.

Voldemort had raised the young boy, himself. But, after eleven years, Harry finally escapes captivity and returns to the life and family he never knew he had.

However, the question remains.

A Family Secret

It was tradition that Tony and Peter spent an afternoon at the park together but when Tony turns away for one little second, Peter disappears.

Luckily, a witness was able to identify the abductor, and Tony's life is turned upside down. It was the last person he ever wanted to see, who wasn't even suppose to know that Peter existed.
