Fell in love with the new trailer and thought of this AU:
The Madrigals are a family of witches and wizards, each one born with powerful magic and their own unique abilities.
However, Mirabel Madrigal, a clumsy but talented young witch, stands out from the rest of her family because of her bright green skin.
For Mirabel, her canon event was Pedro Madrigal.
In this universe, Pedro had lived to see his children grow, and watch as his family grew bigger. Overtime, everyone could see how close Pedro was with his youngest granddaughter. Abuelo Pedro had been Mirabels best friend, he was always there for her when she needed someone or felt too insecure in their family.
One night, Mirabel ran out of the house after an argument with Abuela; after wandering the city, Mirabel ended up inside a small diner, where Abuelo Pedro found her. The two had a nice talk, including the responsibility speech, as Pedro convinced Mirabel to return home. But just as the two were leaving, an armed robber entered the diner. Mirabel's senses barely had time to go off when Abuelo Pedro pushed her away and a bullet rang through the air. After the funeral, Mirabel accepted her responsibility as the one and only Spider-Gal.
For Camilo, it was his Theater Teacher.
Mr. Crenshaw was a beloved music teacher who ran the community theater in the city, he inspired many young kids and adults to pursue the musical arts, Camilo was one of his star students.
One night, Camilo and Mr. Crenshaw had been the last ones to leave the community theater, as Camilo began walking home he heard shouting, and turned to see a carjacker aiming a gun towards Mr. Crenshaw. The teacher spotted the teen and shouted for him to run before the carjacker saw him. Camilo froze in terror, but his powers protected him by turning him invisible before he was spotted. Unfortunately, he couldn’t save Mr. Crenshaw, and his killer escaped into the night. Since then, Camilo became determined to keep his family and his city safe.
For Isa, it was her parents.
When Isabela was barely six-years-old, her parents were called out of town on business. They promised they’d be back soon, and entrusted Isa to taking care of her sisters, but they never made it home.
Years later, when Isabela was on a field trip to a local science facility, she recognized a scientist there who worked with her parents before their deaths. Following him to a secret room filled with genetically-engineered spiders, and a secret file labled Madrigal. Before Isa could read the file, a spider had bitten her and an alarm went off. With the powers she had gained from that day, Isa was determined to discover the truth behind her parents death. But it was her younest sister Mirabel who inspired Isa to take a different approach, to use her powers and be a hero.
For Luisa, it was her best friend.
Lydia Darrow had been Luisa’s best friend for years, they were both hard-workers that felt the need to carry the weight of the world on their shoulders. Together, the two supported each other, and even made the soccer team together.
Luisa and Lydia had been together for their school's Homecoming Parade, with their team when they were attacked by The Vulture, who managed to track down Luisa/Spider-Woman. Suiting up, Spider-Woman tried to keep The Vulture from hurting anyone, but to her surprise, Lydia had rallied the team members to guide the civilians from harm's way. While Luisa dealt with the villain. However, in the midst of the chaos, Lydia was crushed by falling debris while saving someone. Luisa was unable to save her friend in time, and her sacrifice motivated Luisa to protect the city.
For Dolores, it was Captain Guzman (Mariano’s Father)
Dolores and Mariano had known each other since they were kids because both their Grandmothers had been lifelong friends. Dolores had a crush on Mariano since her youth but never considered confessing to him.
Years later, Mariano had developed a crush on The Scarlet Spider after she had saved him from the Green Goblin. Even despite his fathers feelings towards the vigilante. In the final confrontation against Green Goblin, both Mariano and his father discovered Dolores’ identity, and Captain Guzman was killed by Green Goblin. Even though Mariano never blamed Dolores for his fathers death, Dolores carried the guilt with her for many years.
Bruno’s canon event was his father… and Mirabel.
When Bruno, Pepa, and Julieta were five-years-old, their father Pedro had left one night to go to the store, but a robber had prevented him from returning home to his wife and children.
Growing up, Bruno felt diffrent from his peers and his sisters but everything changed after he was bitten by a radioactive spider. And on the news, he heard the police were on the hunt for a criminal with a super suit, the same man that had killed his father. Thus begining his jounney to becoming Spider-Man.
Years later, after proving his friend, Hector innocent of murder, and being a dedicated Tio to his nieces and nephews, Bruno found himself in battle against a new villain, one that tried to leverage the fight by kidnapping his youngest niece, Mirabel. In the midst of the fight, Mirabel was thrown off a high tower… and Bruno couldn’t catch her in time.

So sorry this answer took so long. I’m glad you enjoy them, I enjoy these as well.
Here is the scenario I imagined. Btw, prepare for angst;
Camilo is eighteen when a bad guy from his past had returned, and they wanted to hit The Webslinger where it really hurt.
When Camilo was walking home from a theater audition, his Dad called in a panic. Pepa had been kidnapped from her job at the weather station.
Immediately, the Webslinger rushed into action. Racing after the villain to a secluded warehouse at the edge of town.
It all happened so fast; One moment, Camilo was facing off the villain…. The next thing he knew, the building was collapsing and his mother was still inside.
Camilo raced as fast as he could to save his mother, but he was just a second too late.
After pulling her out of the ruins, Camilo rushed her to the nearest hospital. Pepa had broken bones, a concussion, collapsed lung, etc. By the time the rest of the Madrigals showed up, Pepa had been patched up but was in a deep coma.
With no guarantee of when (or if) she would ever wake up.
Days had passed, the Madrigals were all in shock, they just couldn’t understand how or why this happened.
Meanwhile, Camilo barely left his room, thinking over how if his mother dies, it would be all his fault.
One night, it all hit the fan.
Felix had gone into his son's room to comfort him, only to find Camilo packing all his belongings into a bag. Camilo didn’t stop, not even when his Dad was trying to get answers to where Camilo planned on going.
All Camilo said, without looking his Dad in the eyes, was that he was leaving, for good.
When Camilo tries to storm out, Felix followed him, trying to get him to come back, to sit down, to just talk about it. But Camilo just shakes his head and raced away.
Obviously, this caught the rest of the Madrigals attention, and they followed the quarreling father and son out of the front yard.
Finally, Camilo hits his breaking point. He screams; “None of this would’ve happened if I had never been bitten by that stupid spider! She’d be home right now if I wasn’t so stupid! If I wasn’t the Webslinger!”
Of course, the Madrigals are shocked. At first, they thought it was the grief talking. But one looks in Camilos face, and they knew he was telling the truth
How have they not noticed that one of their own was the infamous spider vigilante?
Finally, Camilo breaks down. He falls to his knees, crying with grief and anger.
There’s silence, until, Abuela steps up to the fallen boy. Camilo thinks she’s mad they hid this from her.
But she says; they’ll figure out a way forward, as a family.

Long ago, in a small village in Colombia, the Madrigal Family used their magical gifts to help the people of their community. The miracle of the family blessed every child with a gift… well, almost everyone. All had been well.
Until one day, when the Encanto had been invaded by Hydra. With their strength and weapons, Hydra had captured the Madrigal Family, and left the village in ruins.
Every member of the Madrigals was separated from each other and submitted through experiments and training so their gifts could serve Hydra.
But Mirabel Madrigal swore that no matter what it took or what she had to face, she will find her family again. And she’ll have help, from the family that had saved and raised her; The Avengers.
@toaverse Been giving some more thought to this question, and I came up with a new idea.
In the village of Encanto, the Madrigals stand as the pillars of their community, using their many gifts to help the people of Encanto. (I think we all know this story but anyway-)
A few days after young Mirabel Madrigals gift ceremony, the Encanto faced a threat they were not prepared for; Hydra, a very powerful organization that stormed their way into Encanto and kidnapped the Madrigal Family.
The Madrigals were separated so Hydra could perform their torturous experiments upon them to study the extent of their powers. However, with her lack of a gift; Mirabel was taken to a separate facility to be turned into a super soldier.
After years of training, all happy memories Mirabel had of her family and home were suppressed deep into her mind. She couldn’t remember her life before Hydra had destroyed it.
One day, a man dressed in a red and gold iron suit broke into the facility, found the young girl and took her away from Hydra.
After that day, Mirabel was adopted into the care of the Avengers, where everyday she felt safe and loved.
As years passed by and Mirabel began to heal from her ordeal, her memories of Encanto began to resurface. With the help of the Avengers, Mirabel swore that she would find her family, no matter what.
AU where on her gift ceremony, Mirabel was given the power to see ghosts.
(I imagine that for her door, Mirabel is standing with her hand covering her eyes and ghoulish figures standing behind her)
Ever since that day, Mirabel became a mediator for the earthbound spirits trapped between the world of the living and the dead.
Fast forward to the night of Antonio’s Ceremony. Mirabel is pulled away from the party by a chorus of frightened whispers calling out from the other side, leading the girl to the empty main area of Casita.
All at once, the whispers suddenly vanished…
Just then, something emerged from the shadows. A deformed inhuman shadow with a low, harsh whisper for a voice. Before Mirabel could try to talk to it, the shadow begins moving down the halls, racing towards the miracle candle
Everywhere the shadow went, cracks began to form in the walls and the light of the doors began to dim.
Just before the shadow could reach the candle… it vanished, along with the cracks in the walls.
The shadow was giving Mirabel a warning. Something was coming for the miracle, something only she could stop.
Been thinking about making another Encanto/Beauty & the Beast AU where the Madrigals are cursed as household items. (still figuring out the story as to how and why)
But here are some ideas I had:

Aka my shameless Encanto/Hocus Pocus AU mostly focuses on the Madrigal Triplets.
In the small village of Encanto, young siblings; Julieta, Pepa, and Bruno had been on their own ever since their father; Pedro, passed away. Only relying on each other, and swore that nothing would separate them.
However, everything changed on their sixteenth birthday. Their father had left them a present and said to only open when they were all sixteen. The present was a handmade candle, a very special candle.
When the triplets lit the candle, the flame didn’t go out, and the candle awoke the magic that was within them.
Pepa had the power to conjure weather based on her emotions, Julieta could conduct spells with her cooking, and Bruno could see glimpses into the future.
Unfortunately, their newfound powers frightened the villagers, especially Bruno. After another ‘incident’ the triplets were banished from the Encanto, forever.
Julieta, Pepa, and Bruno ran deep into the mountain woods that surrounded Encanto, to spend their life in exile.
In the woods, the triplets were found by Alma, the Mother Witch of the Encanto Mountains, who took the three under her wings to teach them witchcraft and exact their revenge.

The Furious Five being Isabela, Dolores, Luisa, Camilo & Antonio, each one with a gift they use to protect their community.
And then one day, The Dragon Warrior(or alternate name) is chosen, and it’s Mirabel, a young clumsy girl with no gift.

And I think this is a cool idea! When she is picked, she doesn't even believe it; but hey, Pedro says it true, so it's not likes got a choice.
They greatly underestimate her. They think she's weak and can't hold herself---which is just untrue. She might not be able to do any martial arts, but the girl is nimble and capable of evading most attacks. She dodges rather than throws, but she'll straighten out.
I feel like they're mad surprised when she proves be very formidable, especially after some training. They slowly start to realize that Pedro was more than likely right and she's much more powerful, despite not having a gift. She makes up for it in so many other ways that the others may be lacking. Mirabel doesn't have to focus on just one fighting style, she can literally use them all to her advantage.

Encanto/Wandavision AU?
Had a thought for my Encanto: Adventures of the Spider-Madrigals AU…. Again.
I was thinking over how in each Spider-Madrigals universe there would be something unique and different in each Madrigals life. Like how in Isabelas universe, Julieta and Agustin were dead or how in Bruno’s universe the grandchildren could still just be toddlers/kids rather then teens/young adults.
Anyway! Since Bruno is Spider-Man in his own universe, I was thinking about his role in Mirabels universe and I had this idea: What if, in this universe, Bruno had a symbiote?!?!
Like, during a walk home alone in the city, Bruno came into contact with someone who was carrying a Symbiote. The carrier was an unqualified fit and so when they bumped into Bruno, the symbiote transferred into the unexpected man.
However, his new friend also brought new trouble into his life, and so Bruno had run away to protect his family.
Until years later, when his niece Mirabel had become known as the city vigilante, Spider-Gal. Bruno had become a reluctant coach to her, showing her the secret side of their city.
Now I just need a name for his symbiote.
