The Princess and the Frog dir. Ron Clements and John Musker, 2009
My belle Evangeline
Can we talk about Ray for a second? He seems to be pretty alone in the world. Evangeline, the love of his life, is dead and has become a star. People think he’s crazy because he’s presumably in love with a star. Yet, Ray is not in the least bit bitter. He’s completely hopeful and he loves love, that’s all. He wants everyone to have what he had with Evangeline because he knows that it was rare and beautiful and magic.
And then he sacrifices himself for the sake of his friends and their happiness in the end.
Ray is the best and one of the most underrated Disney sidekicks just because he didn’t have a lot of funny one liners.
well thanks…
foreshadowing
Disney’s doing it WAAAAAAAAY too right
;_____;
((Another thing! Look at the stars Ray and Evangeline turn into:
Now look at the stars leading to Neverland:
They’re the same stars! Ray becomes the Second Star To The Right!
Also here’s Evagaline:
Here’s the wishing star form Pinochio (I couldn’t find a better pic ok?)
Evangeline is the blue fairy. And Tatiana wished on the wishing star, and she got her wish after a long journey, periles, and finding what was important to her. Just like when Gepetto wished for Pinocchio to be a real boy. ))
motherfuckers.
Holy. Shit.
WHAT THE CRAP. DISNEY YOU SMART BASTARDS
I think I just pissed myself
