Laura Kinney a.k.a. X-23 or Talon Genetically engineered from Wolverine's body to become the ultimate killing machine. For years she has fought to overcome her programming with the help of her friends but all those efforts were crushed during the Murderworld year. When she was finally freed from the island, having killed several teen heros in order to survive, she saw herself as monster and fled civilization for a few years asking for a friend to fake her own death. She settled in the heart of the Savage Land. The new X-force unit led by Noriko came to recruit her to hunt Wolverine's murderers, she saw a chance to redeem herself. Laura has become unable to feel humane emotion. The only strong bonds that help her hang on to her humanity is her friendship with Jubilee and Gambit. Laura has heighened sense, is fast and agile and has sets of adamantium claws coming out of her hands and feet. She is the killer of the secret X-Force Unit She is now called.... WOLVERINE!
