i finally worked up the courage to ask mr stephen cole (who is the original creator of fitz, dont let his pseudonym fool you) about the general fan belief that fitz is bisexual, and he not only confirmed that 1) yes, fitz is bisexual but also that 2) “he was certainly in love with the doctor,” and like even though i already knew this in my heart to be true, and even though we had evidence of it from the books, to actually have it confirmed by the person who created the character??? unbelievable. he also confirmed that his eda-based story in the target storybook was set post-tgc, which means that despite what parkin tried to suggest, fitz did not leave the doctor. ok thank u i’m overwhelmed rn i’ve been sitting here for the past two hours just Thinking. i luv doctor who. goodbye
