Just Another Mario Fan

I mean yeah sure online friendships are superficial and you don't really know the person I guess. But there's someone who lives on the other side of the world, who I never would have met if not for very specific circumstances that caused our paths to cross. And that person cares about me and they send me videos that remind them of me and message me their thoughts and tell me that they love me when I'm feeling down. So yeah online friendships don't mean anything I suppose but there's someone who lives an ocean away and they love me, surely that's got to count for something?

This is me…I had never imagined that online friendships are even possible…until I came to Tumblr and met all of you, my dears…now I hold you all close to my heart, especially you @silenzahra my dear darling who I know see my little sister 🌸🌸😊😊 and other wonderful people like @bberetd @itsavee4117 @megamagimugi @keakruiser @peaches2217 @pepperycar @coffeecat1983 @alex-procrastinates and among many others who are my mutuals, followers and welcome visitors in my blogs…

I have to disagree with OP about one thing, though. Until quite recently I didn't really believe in online friendships, but now these people I regularly interact with mean a lot to me. After all, they know a side of me no one else does, and are actually changing me as a person. They make me happier and inspire me to be kinder, effectively bringing out my softer side. How can anyone tell me that it doesn't mean anything?

@silenzahra, you need a special mention. Whatever we have going on is anything but superficial, at least in my eyes. You may not know that much about me, but simultaneously, at this point you know me on a deeper level than almost anyone in my life😅 And I've never met anyone who gets me like you. I think you really are the Luigi to my Mario❤️💚 Love you! (and I almost never say that to anyone; it's a cultural thing and a bit of a personal thing too, so if I do bring myself to say that, you should know I really mean it! I'm just so glad we met on this weird little site, and so thankful for everything you've done for me)

I totally agree…you, my dears, have been so kind and supportive to not just my content…but to me as well…thank you.
