did you go to an art school and if so how much would you say did it influence your art?

I went to art school, in secondary shool, where I learnt a lot of useful things and that's where I started to include my country's folklore into my art. I also went to university, twice, and both of were a very unpleasent experience. They told me I'm not enough and illustration doesn't count as art. I felt quite miserable for a while :') So I guess, I only got influences from secondary school, the unis didn't really gave me much. We were re-learning a lot of things from my prev school. Even in art class, it just had a bigger scale. Most of my influences here come from the net or from my friends.

Not gonna lie, this one took a while bc I encountered numerous problems while painting, like the colors cancelling(?) each other out, expired paper and badly colored hair highlights :') Made those flowers to glue them on her hair but then I decided it'd be the best to just put them there digitally. This way I could make a low effort gif! Yay :D (oh and also, her eyes should be brown but I only noticed this after finishing the picture x') ) Still image under the cut-

I mainly use student quality watercolors and papers, like Koh-I-Noor anilinky and Canson or Hahnemühle watercolor papers. Same for the synthetic brushes. I think they are pretty good fortheir prices. For inking I use Deleter 4 ink, and for the finishing touches Derwent watercolor pencils, but in their dry state. They have this nice chalky texture. Oh, and can't forget the Uni-ball white gel pen! Thank you! :)
