the woman i want to be loves to
- educate herself on various topics
- take care of herself mentally, physically and spiritually
- be pretty in her own way. prettiness doesn’t hurt and isn’t strict, it adapts itself through her authenticity
- explore her inner world & the outer world
- be in tune with her inner child
- embrace and understand her emotions, even the bad ones
- be kind, specially with herself
- be organized, but flexible with what life gives her
- work hard, rest hard. she loves to be in harmony and have a balanced life
- eat light and nourishing food
- feel good in her own skin and she actively work on it everyday
- take her meds because she knows it’s good for her

every form of jealously can turn into inspiration, it only depends on how you choose to view your feelings. mindset is the key.
I did what I did to survive. there's no need in indulging guilty for trying to be alive. there's always time for healing and resting. there's always time to cultivate a healthy mind and behaviors independently of what I went through and did, again, to survive.
even when you feel your efforts weren't perfect, taking action is what counts. wehether the result didn't meet your own expectations, or others believe you could have done better, the important part is that you did.
the world progresses through action-takers, even the greatest ones started with the feeling of uncertainty and fear, and their progress wasn’t linear, they failed multiple times until they mastered it. it’s cliché, I know, but it’s the ultimate truth and it’s better than relying on thinking that everybody has a talent that you don’t, so you can’t do it too. initiate now, perfect later according to your pace and preferences. act, learn, and then act again, but always go forward.
progress > perfection
my account has a low reach of views but I really would like to reach people who are trying to heal, specially from complex mental disorders and traumas.
I like small accounts with small number of followers since we tend to interact and connect more with each other but everyone is welcomed! <3
if you're an active blog about self-development/healing/love/care please let me know by interacting with this post!
