Ok, I want to make sure to clarify that when I said “traditional burial” I meant the umbrella of what a traditional burial means in multiple cultures. In the ground relatively soon after death. Jewish burial, green burial, embalming and burial vault. There are many ways to be buried after death, just as there are many ways to be cremated and many things to do with cremated remains, just as a ‘tree burial’ means several different practices from several different cultures throughout time.
I’m so sorry I couldn’t fit more options on here! Funerary rituals are such a diverse and highly personal topic.
