The ending of the words is BALLPIT.
Actually it says “Greetings from Red Mountain”.
Red Mountain - and these characters - are from Morrowind. The OP is 17000septims, a reference to septims being the currency used in the Empire in the Elder Scrolls books. The caption is a reference to The Thirty-Six Lessons of Vivec, (the half-dunmer/half-chimer god seen in the middle of the ballpit) in which each of the sermons, or, the Lessons, ends in the phrase "The ending of the words is ALMSIVI."
This makes no sense. People under 16 have no id, parents aren’t going to follow a 13 yr old around for 3 days AND have to buy a ticket, and you don’t have to get a badge if you’re supervising a 14-17yr old? wat.

Yeah…. the “valid ID” requirement for under 16 is a real head-scratcher, isn’t it? Unless the people writing these rules had a different definition of “valid ID” than I do…

If you’re under 16 you can still get a state issued ID, my sister got one when she was going to fly to Hawaii with our aunt just because my entire family is a little paranoid about safety. However, that seems like a bit much to ask for everyone to do.

It pretty plainly says school id is accepted. I was homeschooled and still had a school id as of 8th grade. Most of my public/private friends had them earlier than that. Please, pick on dashcon. Please, pick on dashcon for only the things they fucked up.

Not all schools issue ID’s though. Mine never did until a few years after I had graduated high school and then only the one high school in the county did it. The ID’s are literally a picture of them from 8th grade pasted onto a green index size card with their student id number next to it.

I refuse to accept the idea that them requiring you to present a valid id to prove your identity at registration is in any way a bad thing. Also there's this legal thing where if you're a minor of any sort, your legal guardian can present -their- id and say you are who you are and any potential fraud automatically falls back on them. The thing is, most schools issue IDs. They were not wrong to ask for ID to be presented at registration, and since school id was allowed, they covered all their bases as well as they could on this one. Believe me, I'm all for lambasting the Dashcon organizers for their awful behavior and shitty organization and possible scams. "Please present an ID" is not any of the above things.
